By Lori Designs Challenge #16

We have something a bit different for you this week on the By Lori Designs Challenge blog, we normally treat you to a wonderful colour Challenge but this week we have a fabulous sketch for you instead!



I have used the very smart Puddle Jumper Sunday Best Brandon and coloured him in with my Promarkers to match these fabulous American crafts papers. The card base was cut with my Cuttlebug and Grand Nestabilities. I'm a bit addicted to making these card bases at the moment! I just love the scallops, I really need to invest in the Grand Circle Nesties too, I would love to make larger circle cards!
I added a couple of brads to fit in with the sketch, I don't use brads very often, I always forget about them until I have added my topper to my card base and it is too late to start poking holes!
I kept my layout very simple and have not added a sentiment, I think I will pop one on an insert later!
The sketch is so versatile and was so quick and easy to follow, I had this card finished in no time at all!
