My Mum's Craft shop DT - If you wish upon a star...

Hello Everyone! It's my day for posting on the My Mum's Craft shop blog today and I have made a new baby card to show you this week using the adorable Party Paws baby stamp which is available here at My Mum's Craft Shop.

I used papers from the My Mind's Eye Chalk Studio pad and kept my layout very simple adding a strip through the centre of my card to stamp the sentiment. The image was coloured with Promarkers and Graph'it markers and cut out leaving a small border before adding it to the card.

Here is a little close up. He is so cute! I couldn't resist giving him little rosy cheeks! I added a few little wooden stars to finish off the card and a blue button with a little ribbon tab tucked behind it. I hope you have a lovely Sunday!

Hello Everyone! I hope you are well and had a good week. It's my day for sharing a card on the My Mum's Craft Shop blog today and I am kicking off a 'Non traditional Christmas colours' week. I used pink and aqua papers from the Echo Park Bundle of Joy girl pad for my card and a gorgeous Pure Innocence Snowman stamp.

I coloured the image using Promarkers and then die cut it into a circle and added it to another cut from kraft card before adding it to my card. I sewed around the edges of all my papers and added some die cut snowflakes and a lovely big button.

Hello Everyone! Welcome to my blog for your next stop on the joint Little Miss Muffet and My Mum's Craft shop blog hop. We are hopping to celebrate the arrival of Little Miss Muffet rubber stamps at My Mum's Craft shop! If you are following the hop you should have arrived here from the lovely Fiona's blog. If you get lost along the way, you can go back to the beginning at the Little Miss Muffet blog. My Mum's Craft Shop are the only UK retailer to stock Little Miss Muffet stamps, there are so many fun characters available to choose from and I have used one of my favourites for my card today. This stamp is 'Sonny Honeycloud Butterflies' and she is available here from My Mum's Craft Shop.

I coloured Sonny in to match the lovely Bazzill Basics papers I used and paper pieced her skirt and hat using one of the papers from the pack. I coloured Sonny in with Graph'it markers and Promarkers and cut her out leaving a small border before adding her to the card with foam pads. The sentiment I used is from Paper Smooches. I added some ribbon and lots of lovely flowers from my stash and finished with some stick on pearls and punched Butterflies.

Here is a close up of the lovely Sonny. Thanks so much for stopping by. Your next stop is the lovely Jo! Enjoy the rest of the hop and make sure you leave comments along the way for the chance to win some fabulous Candy! Have a lovely Sunday!

Winter Birthdays Week on the My Mum's Craft shop blog

Hello Everyone! It's my day for sharing a card on the My Mum'sCraft Shop blog today and I am starting off a 'Winter Birthdays' week. I have used some of the gorgeous Bazzill Basics Nordic Pines papers on my card which are a beautiful rich red and have some lovely doilies on them. The stamp I used is Winter Fox from Lawn Fawn and I stamped the sentiment which comes with him onto a Dienamics Snowflake Splendour die cut shape.

I inked around the image which I had coloured in with Promarkers using Tea Dye distress ink and then layered it on to some dark brown card. I added some hessian from the Ribbon Girl behind the image panel.

I then added the sentiment snowflake above the image and another die cut snowflake below which I topped with a button tied with twine. I hope you have a lovely Sunday. I will be working on some card Commissions today and need to pop out to Hobbycraft as my paper cutter blade has decided to go blunt on me at the worst possible time!

'White on White' for the Ali Craft Challenge

Hello Everyone! I hope you are all well and are having a good Weekend so far. It's time for a brand new Challenge on the Ali-Craft blog today and our theme this month is 'White'. This was a really hard theme for me as I love using lots of colour on my cards. I did, in the end, manage to make the most difficult card to photograph ever!

I used Tim Holtz stamps which I heat embossed with white glitter powder for my image panel and layered this onto white card which I had embossed with a small dots folder. I wrapped the dots panel with white glittery ribbon before adding it to the card and added a large bow topped with a white button and finished with lots of stick on pearls. I hope you will be able to join us for this Challenge for the chance to win a voucher to spend at Ali-Craft. Have a lovely Saturday!
