MY Mum's Craft Shop DT - Summer!!

Hello Everyone! I hope you are all well and enjoying this gorgeous Summery weather we have been having lately. Our theme this week on the My Mum's Craft shop blog is Summer. which is rather fitting! I must admit, when the themes were chosen I was expecting it would be raining and cold as usual! How wrong was I?

I have used some lovely Summery Echo Park papers on my card and a fun stamp by My Favourite things called 'Aloha' which is available here. I cut the beach and the sea using the Dienamics Snowdrift die and popped some green mesh under the sand bank, a paper flower, starfish charm and some stick on pearls around them. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out using a die and layered onto others circles  to look a bit like a sun.

Here is a close up of my image which was coloured with Graph'it pens and Promarkers. I cut her out leaving a small border before adding her to the card with foam pads. I hope you have a lovely Sunday! I will be attending the Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace today!
