I decided that the trim on the skirt in the image looked a lot like this vintage ribbon I bought ages ago.
The ribbon was all screwed up in my ribbon pot but ironed out nicely with my hair straighteners!
I printed some black polka dot paper from the Funky Hand Papercraft Factory cd and covered an East of India tag in red card before setting it with an eyelet. The little metal charm tag was from Hobbycraft and I had to change the gem that was on it from a blue one to a red one. As a finishing touch and as these images are taken from a vintage fashion magazine I decided to add a few bits from my sewing box. I saw poppers used on a card in Craft Stamper yesterday and I really like the effect.
I hope you are having a lovely Easter Sunday, we had a lovely meal at my Parent's house with my Nanny and Grandma and I have eaten far too many cakes and goodies!
