A bit late but still in time for WOYWW!

My desk is a mess. I made a card on it last night and also made one this evening and now the desk mess is totally out of control. It has been a funny day. I couldn't go to work today as our road is in a terrible state with the snow and the roads around here are very dangerous. The kids are both off school so I went up to the shops with them and the Puppy to stock up on bread and milk and to buy them some soup for lunch.
I walked back from the shops with Charlie on my own and ended up falling over when Charlie lurched off to
try and chase a tiny bird. Was very embarrassing but luckily I was not hurt and managed to keep hold of Charlie's lead! Our road is even worse tonight after loads more snow today and my car is boxed in by the snow. I dread to think what tomorrow will bring!
I will leave you now to have a nosey at my desk, amongst all the rubbish there is the card I made for the Passion for Promarkers sketch Challenge. I will be posting this in a minute. I am really pleased with the colouring on this card but I am a bit worried that the colour scheme has turned out a bit Christmassy, I must be under the influence of all this snow!
I know it is a bit late in the day but there is still time to pop over to Stamping Ground, Julia's blog and share a photo of your desk by leaving a comment on the WOYDW post.
I hope you have a lovely evening and stay safe in the snow!

  1. It may be green and red but thats a coincidence - it's a lovely card. I spot a new roll of red tape or lacey ribbon thing behind that lovely huge flower..got a plan for that?
Am so glad you weren't hurt..it's scarey out there isn't it.

  5. Your desk is lovely today, it looks like how mine would be if I were at home. I love that massive flower you have in the middle.

Good luck with the puppy walking today if it's as icy as it is here xx
