I coloured Fifi with my Promarkers to match these fab vibrant American Crafts papers and then cut her out with an oval die and added her to a frame cut from turquoise card. I added a lovely bow tied from from red polka dot ribbon. The sentiment I used is by Hero Arts and I die cut the label shape from a Papermania die. I tucked a small doily behind the image panel before sticking it down and finished with some flowers and some stick on pearls.
